TIMACUAN
This charming orchard land that now holds some of Lake Mary's most beautiful luxury homes had its beginnings in the late 1980's, with Stratton Hill being the first neighborhood approved for development by the city of Lake Mary.
Today,
as a built-out community, Timacuan includes 550 homes in nine distinct
